Benalmádena - Apartment

The apartment is located in Reserva del Higueron, which is a sought-after area located between Fuengirola and Benalmadena Pueblo; only 20 minutes from Malaga Airport.

The apartment is modernly furnished and is located on the 1st floor, with an elevator in the hallway and the apartment has private parking.

There are 2 communal pools in enclosed tropical gardens. The complex is well maintained and neat.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have single beds which can of course be put together to make double beds. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other has a shower. Living room with sofa bed and open fully equipped kitchen.
Large conservatory with glass that can be taken aside and large private terrace with BBQ, dining area and 2 sunbeds.
The entire apartment is beautifully decorated in Scandinavian style.
Both bedrooms and living room have Aircon cold and hot.
Free wifi and TV channels in almost all languages.
There are 2 communal pools in a beautiful tropical garden. A really nice place for families with children.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, large terrace and conservatory, as well as private parking. You have access to 2 shared pools in a tropical garden.

I will be there to welcome you and check you in and be available during your stay if you you have any problems or questions.

150 meters from the apartment you will find the 5 star Hotel Higueron as well as the Higueron Sports Resort, which contains Nagomi Spa with various spa treatments, 5 restaurants / eateries (one of these a rooftop bar); of which one with the status of Michelin restaurant. There will be access to a gym, indoor pool, paddle and tennis courts for a fee. There is a free daily "train (shuttle bus)" in the complex which runs between the shopping center at the beginning of Higueron and down to the beach in Carvajal, Fuengirola. Alternatively, you can walk or drive to the beach and shopping (there is about 1 km. To the beach).

We recommend a car as it is a hilly area but there is a local free train which can be used to and from the beach or up to the supermarket.
There is a taxi rank in front of the hotel which is located 150 meters from the apartment.

150 meters from the apartment you will find the 5-star Hotel Higueron and Higueron Sportsresort, which includes Nagomi Spa with various spa treatments, 5 restaurants/eating places (one of these a roof terrace bar); of which one has the status of a Michelin restaurant. There will be access to the fitness center, indoor pool, padel and tennis courts for a fee. There is a daily free "train (shuttle bus)" in the complex that runs between the shopping center at the beginning of Higueron and down to the beach in Carvajal, Fuengirola. Alternatively, you can walk or drive to the beach and shopping (there is approx. 1 km to the beach).
One of the guests must be over 25 years old, as we do not allow loud music and parties.
There may be noise from construction work for a period approx. 120 meters from the apartment.

This apartment is located in the very popular family friendly Pueblo Evita. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (penthouse) and there is no lift
Here you are close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops and the beach is only 400 meters from the apartment. Your family will be close to everything when you live in this centrally located apartment
Here you have 2 shared pools with a children's pool. Restaurant and during the summer period joint barbecue evenings are also organized in the restaurant

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other bedroom with a single bed that can be folded out into a double bed. Both with built-in wardrobes
There is 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Lovely cozy living room with dining area and open, fully equipped small kitchen.
There is air conditioning, hot and cold, in both bedrooms and in the living room.
There is wifi and TV in many languages.

The apartment has 2 terraces. One terrace is off the living room/entrance and is (facing west) with a view of the mountains and Benalmadena Pueblo. The other terrace is from one bedroom on the other side of the apartment, so here you always have both sun and shade. There is a dining area and barbecue on the terrace from the living room and 2 deckchairs on the other.
There are 2 communal swimming pools and 1 children's pool. There are plenty of sunbeds here and in the summer there is plenty of activity around the pool. There is also a lifeguard at the pool so the area is very safe.
The Evita complex has 2 restaurants and 1 bar. Here there is also the reception where they are helpful.

You rent the entire apartment and can of course use the shared pool areas during their opening hours as well as the restaurants in Pueblo Evita.

I will be there to welcome you and of course also be available during your stay if needed.

Pueblo Evita is a large complex where you have 2 communal pools. It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach in Benalmadena and here you have restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc just around the corner.

Here you can go to pretty much anything.
There is no private parking but there is free parking on the street.

Here you are close to bus and train, so car is not necessary and it is not easy to find parking in the summer.

You are within walking distance to everything, also the local market on Fridays located in Arroyo de la Miel and the beautiful port of Benalmadena.
At least one person within the party has to be above the age 25
Parties and loud music are not allowed.
