There are restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and shops just around the corner. The apartment is only a 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Modern living room with dining area and access to 2 lovely terraces, one with a view of the mountains and the pool area and the other with a view of the city and the Mediterranean.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer also in the apartment.
There is FREE wifi with almost all TV channels in all languages.
There is air conditioning in all rooms, both cold and hot air.
It is possible for up to 2 more people to sleep in the living room. (There can be 6 people in total in the apartment).
There are 2 large pool areas.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift.

You rent the entire apartment and can of course use the common pool areas during their opening hours as well as the restaurants in Pueblo Evita.
I will be there at check in and welcome you, and of course be available if you need it during your stay.

Lovely town house with 3 bedrooms not far from the beach.
Shared pool with children's pool. Great view.
You don't need a car here as it is not far from the beach and restaurants, but it is a hilly area so not for those with walking difficulties.
There is 1 private parking space
The house is owned by the Danish artist, Steen Karlsen, as you can see from the many beautiful paintings around the house.
In the living room there is a dining area, a sofa (sofa bed ) and a fully equipped open kitchen. Exit to the conservatory with a view of the Mediterranean, where you can sit and enjoy the Spanish evenings. On this floor there is also a toilet. There is a television with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and English channels. Also free wifi.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be put together to make a double bed) and here you have a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the view and the sound of the sea. The second bedroom has a double bed and a small balcony. Both bathrooms have showers.
On the 2nd floor you will find the third bedroom with a sofa bed and built-in wardrobes.
There are many stairs in the home and no lift.
There is a roof terrace with a dining area for 8 people, a couple of deckchairs and a large barbecue. From here there is a fantastic view of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
There is air conditioning with cold and hot air throughout the house.
There is a nice communal area with a pool and a children's pool.

An amazing property where you have everything right around the corner; beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Buses run 5 minutes walk from the residence, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest train station which takes you directly to either Fuengirola or to Malaga airport.
You do not need a car when you rent this property as you are close to everything, however, the area is hilly, so a car is recommended.
You can walk to the beach and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk from the residence. We recommend a car as the area is hilly and there is private parking.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old and we do not allow parties and loud music.
