Penthouse just 500 meters from the beach. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Fantastic view from the large terrace. 2 communal swimming pools + 1 children's pool. Here you are close to everything, supermarket, restaurants, train and beach.
The terrace is 60 m2, south-west facing, sunny, equipped with two deckchairs, BBQ, dining area, sofa group, awnings, secluded from the neighbours, with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean, the pool area and the mountains around Mijas.
The penthouse apartment is furnished in Scandinavian style and furnished with new beds and furniture. There are 3 bedrooms all with double beds and 2 of them have built-in wardrobes. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The penthouse has a lovely living room with access to the terrace.
65" flat screen, wifi and almost all TV channels in all languages.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, stove and all necessary kitchen equipment and direct access to the terrace.
There is a lift in the building and the accommodation is on the 3rd floor.
To enjoy the fantastic view while eating, the terrace is furnished with a high garden table with 6 high chairs. The dessert, coffee or drinks can be taken in the lounge furniture, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the mountains around Mijas.
There is air conditioning (cold/hot) in all bedrooms and the living room.
There are two swimming pool areas that can be used. One has a children's pool and there are sunbeds in both areas.
There is private parking in the garage under the building with remote controlled gate. In connection with the garage, there is a lockable private storage room on the same level, where you can store your golf equipment, suitcases, beach tents etc.
A walk of approx. 500 meters takes you to the beach, which is 7 km long, where you can swim, take a walk along the promenade or eat at one of the many fantastic restaurants.

Great location near train station and beach, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in Fuengirola (Carjaval) and the mountains around Mijas.
Carvajal train station is approx. 350 meters from the apartment, which makes it possible to take the train from / to Malaga airport, Malaga city or go shopping in Fuengirola, without a car.

You can walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, bars etc.
The train station is 350 meters from the residence.
We recommend a car for those who have some difficulty walking as the area is a bit hilly.
