Beautiful villa renovated in Scandinavian style. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Lovely garden with many terraces and private pool. Great views of Fuengirola and the Mediterranean Sea.
From here you can walk to Fuengirola town and beach.
The villa is located in the beautiful Sierrezuela area, 4 km from Fuengirola beach.
The villa has just been renovated to a high standard in Scandinavian style. There is a large nice living room with modern fully equipped open kitchen. From here you have a fantastic view of the terrace, the pool, Fuengirola and the Mediterranean.
There are 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms are on the ground floor. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are on the 1st floor. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have fitted wardrobes.
There is aircon, cold and warm, in all bedrooms and the living room / kitchen.
There is wifi.
There are lovely gardens and terraces around the house, so with plenty of room for the whole family.
Lovely big private pool where you can really enjoy yourself. The pool measures 4.5 meters x 8 meters.
Here you are close to everything and yet in a quiet area. Fuengirola beach is 4 km away, it is called Paseo Maritimo del Rey and is 7 km long. Here you have plenty of bars, restaurants, discotheques and sun beds on the beach.
Nearest shops are approx. 400 meters from the villa, here you have supermarket, pizzeria, baker, pharmacy and Indian restaurant.
Nearest town is Fuengirola which is within walking distance, approx. 2 km.
There is private parking and we recommend car, although you can easily walk or take the bus.

Buses run 10 minutes walk from the residence but we recommend that you have a car.
Electricity is not included in the price but will be settled after the meter, that is why there is a 200€ cash deposit upon arrival where the electricity will be deducted upon departure and the rest given back to you.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old since we do not allow loud music and parties.
