Fuengirola - Terraced House

Precious 4-storey terraced house with small private swimming pool and several terraces to enjoy with family.

If you are looking for holidays on the Costa del Sol, you have found the right place, we will do everything in our power to make your stay wonderful.

It is located in the Torreblanca neighbourhood (Fuengirola), just 500 metres from the beach and the seafront promenade with seafood beach bars that will make your mouth water.

The house is very bright and is decorated with great taste. It is distributed in the following way:

- On the ground floor, we find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. These rooms have access to a small terrace and the private swimming pool

- On the middle floor are the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a toilet and a dining terrace.

- On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a bathroom, and access to a terrace with a sofa and outdoor armchairs to enjoy the sunset.

- On the second floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a small terrace.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, flat-screen television, high-speed Wi-Fi, gas barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine and much more.

Please be aware that there are stairs to access the property. If you have mobility problems please check with us before booking.

You will have access to the community infinity pool and the elevator going down to the street.

Of course I will be there to help you with all your needs during your stay and I will always be available.

The urbanisation gives the feeling of a small village. Located on a rock overlooking the sea and Fuengirola... Simply unique....

There is a bus stop and train station around the corner to go to Fuengirola or Málaga.

Really nice new townhouse 5 minutes walk from the beach, close to town and the large shopping center Myramar in Fuengirola.
Here there is room for 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Communal pool as well as children's pool and there is also a sauna and gym for the active.
Here you have plenty of space. Here is large private terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and private roof terrace with lounge furniture and sun loungers.

Lovely Scandinavian living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Exit to the terrace from the living room overlooking the Mediterranean and the beautiful sunsets. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and if you go further up you have a large private roof terrace with even better views. On the roof terrace you also have a dining area, lounge furniture and some sun loungers.
The downstairs has an open bedroom with 2 single beds and a large sofa bed so here can sleep 4 people. Here you also have a bathroom with shower.
The terraced house is on 4 floors so there is plenty of room for everyone. There is aircon cold and hot air in all rooms.
There is of course free wifi, BBQ and washing machine
There is a communal pool and children's pool, sauna and a gym.

The beach is 5 minutes walk away.

You have access to the entire home and to the shared pool, sauna and exercise room during their opening hours.

I will be there when you check in and welcome you and be available during your stay if needed.

The beach is a 5 minute walk from the townhouse. Myramar Shopping Center is a 10-minute walk from the property. And if you want to walk to the center of Fuengirola it takes about 15 minutes.

You can walk to everything but we recommend a car or you can take a bus from the main road or from the shopping center.

One of the guests must be over 25 years old and we do not allow any parties or loud music.
Electricity is not included in the price, which is settled according to the meter, so please remember 200 € in cash upon arrival. On departure, the meter is read and the rest is refunded.
