Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, all with single beds that can be joined into doubles and built-in wardrobes, plus 2 bathrooms: one with shower and one with bathtub.
The top floor boasts a large private rooftop terrace with lounge furniture, sunbeds, and a gas BBQ, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views.
The complex offers a shared pool, children’s pool, gym, and sauna.
Includes Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and a private parking space in front of the house.
Excellent location near the beach, Fuengirola town center, Miramar shopping mall, and numerous golf courses. The nearest, Mijas Golf, is 6.5 km away, with over 30 courses within a 20 km radius.
You rent the entire house and have access to all communal areas during opening hours. We will welcome you on arrival and are available throughout your stay.

New townhouse 5 minutes walk from the beach and close to the town of Fuengirola. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large living room with open kitchen. Fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. Communal pool and children's pool, exercise room and sauna.
The house is on 3 floors. The top floor has a large roof terrace where you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. On this floor you have a couple of sunbeds, lounge furniture and a dining area.
1 floor consists of 3 bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have queen size beds and 1 bedroom has 3 single beds so there can be 7 people in total. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
On the floor where we have the entrance, there is a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. On this floor you also have a toilet and access to another terrace with dining area, BBQ and a smaller area with 2 sunbeds.
There is air conditioning cold and hot throughout the home. Wifi and TV channels in almost all languages.
There is a shared pool and a children's pool. Common free exercise room and sauna.
It will take you 5 minutes to walk to the beach.
There is private parking in front of the property, but there is also free parking on the road.

You have access to the entire home except the basement, which is locked.

The terraced house is located in a quiet area 5 minutes' walk from the beach and 10 minutes' walk from the Miramar shopping center where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a cinema.
You can walk to pretty much everything but there are buses from down the main road to both Marbella and Fuengirola. From Fuengirola you can take the train to and from the airport and to Malaga. We recommend a car and there is private parking.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old as we do not allow loud music and parties as the property is in a residential area.
And electricity is not included in the price but will be settled after the meter, that is why there is a 200€ cash deposit upon arrival where the electricity will be deducted upon departure and the rest given back to you. -
Fantastic modern townhouse just 5 minutes walk from the beach in Fuengirola.
Here you have plenty of space on the 3 floors for you and the whole family or friends.
Large living room with open fully equipped kitchen. There is a dining area both inside and outside.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a bathroom.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All bedrooms have double beds.
There is room for more than 7 people here so if you have children there is still plenty of space. (space for 8 people).
The entire house has air conditioning cold and hot. There is Wifi and TV channels in almost all languages.
If you go up to the top floor you have a large private roof terrace with dining area, lounge furniture, sun beds and BBQ. Here you have a fantastic view of the beach and the mountains and it will take you 5 minutes to walk to the beach.
There is a communal pool with children's pool and there is a gym that can also be used.
There is private parking for 1 car but free parking on the road.
The area is called OAK47 and is located right opposite the castle in Fuengirola.
