Description
Have a wonderful holiday in this modern townhouse, where you can enjoy the views of Fuengirola and the Mediterranean, take a dip in your private splash pool or go down to the communal infinity pool. From the pool you have an elevator that goes down to the street so you are only 400 meters from the beach.
The townhouse has air conditioning, both hot and cold. It has 4 floors with private elevator and roof terrace. The whole house is very tastefully decorated in Scandinavian style.
The floor, where you have the entrance, has a large living room with a dining area and access to a terrace with a private splash/smaller pool with fantastic views. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to another terrace with BBQ. On this floor you also have a toilet.
On the 1st floor you have 2 bedrooms with double beds, both with private bathrooms. Both bedrooms have exceptional views of the bay.
On the 2nd floor you have the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and again its own bathroom. A few steps from this floor you reach the roof terrace with lounge furniture. Here you can sit and enjoy the sun all day or the sunset. The view from here is fantastic over the coast and the Mediterranean.
From the living room there are some steps down to the 4th bedroom, (with double bed and sofa bed) located on the lower floor of the property with its own bathroom and access to a private terrace where you can sit in complete privacy.
The terraced house has its own lift, so it is easy to get from floor to floor.
All 4 bathrooms are made in beautiful beige marble.
You have free Wi-Fi and TV channels in almost every language.
There is a shared shared infinity pool and from there you have a lift that takes you down to the street, so you only have 400 meters to the beach, restaurants, bars etc. (the nearest supermarket and restaurant is 200 meters from the property).
You don't need a car, but there is private parking.

You rent the entire townhouse with private splash pool and have the use of the communal pool and the communal elevator.

There is a lift from the communal area down to the coastal road, and from there you have a short distance to the beach Paseo Maritimo (seafront) which is the 7 km beach going from Fuengirola to Carvajal. Here you have shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, lots of sunbeds and chiringuitos (restaurants) which specializes in freshly caught fish and seafood.
Here you will get a great holiday, where you are close to the beach (approx. 400 meters) and town, and yet in quiet and beautiful surroundings.
The house is close to the train and buses so it is easy to get to the airport and Malaga if you do not rent a car.

A person must be over 25 years old and we do not allow any parties or loud music since the property is in a residencial area.
Electricity is not included in the price but will be settled after the meter, that is why there is a 200 € cash deposit upon arrival where the electricity will be deducted upon departure and the rest given back to you.

This 3-storey townhouse is furnished in a modern Scandinavian style. Urb. La Roca is only 400 meters from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. The townhouse has its own splash pool which can be heated. There is also communal pool and of course Wifi.
On the lower floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. 1 bedroom has a double bed and 1 singlebed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 4 has a 3/4 ( double ) bed and 1 single bed. All rooms have aircon, both cold and hot air. On this floor there is also a smaller laundry room with washing machine and dry dryer. There are plenty of fitted wardrobes.
On the ground floor there is a very large living room with dining area for everyone, also here you have aircon, both cold and hot air. Sliding doors into the TV lounge, which has Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and English TV channels. Fully equipped open plan kitchen. There are doors to the terrace from every room on this floor, so it is very bright and beautiful. Very good space on the terrace with dining area, so you can sit and have fun together. Here, there are also a few sunbeds, and if you walk up a few steps, you have your own private splash pool, which can be heated, with stunning views of the Mediterranean and Fuengirola.
When you get into the hallway on the first floor, there is a sofa, that can open up into a bed. (This room is not calculated as a bedroom). From here there is access to the rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and stunning views of the Mediterranean and Fuengirola. Back to the hallway, there is a door that goes into the 5th bedroom. Here you have a sofa bed and 1 sigle bed, aircon and a playstation. This bedroom also has a private bathroom. There is also a smaller toilet on this floor.
There is a communal infinity pool in La Roca, and from this area there is a lift down the road, and from here only 400 meters to the beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
If you want to rent a car, you have private parking.
Here you have plenty of room for the whole family, views, private splash pool, shared pool, aircon, TV channels, free wifi, close to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. We are looking forward to seeing you.

I always check my guests in myself and will be nearby if you have any problems or need any information.
This is a quiet area and still you are close to everything. The nearest supermarket and restaurant is 150 meter from the property and the beach is approx 350 meters away. Bus stop 150 meter and train is 10 minuts walk.
You do not need a car here as there are trains and buses approx. 10 minutes from the residence. However, the area is a bit hilly.
If you want to rent a car, you have private parking.
Electricity is not included in the price, which is settled by meter, so please remember 200 € in cash upon arrival. On departure, the meter is read and the rest is refunded.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old since we do not allow loud music and parties.
