The villa is tucked away from the road where stairs from the road lead down to the villa. There are no stairs in the villa. There are 4 bedrooms here, all stylishly furnished in bohemian-luxurious style. All bedrooms have double beds.
There are 3 bathrooms, all with underfloor heating.
Super nice living room with sofa, TV and dining area. Open fully equipped kitchen.
There are large window sections in the home that you can open and step directly out onto the terrace and enjoy the sun. There are also electric blinds throughout the villa so you can block out the sun. All rooms have air conditioning with cold and hot air.
Private salt water pool which can be heated in winter. Outdoor kitchen with gas grill and refrigerator. Lounge furniture and deckchairs. The terrace goes all the way around the property and has lots of cozy places where you can sit and relax, or just enjoy the fantastic view of the Mediterranean.
Here you have everything, delicious luxury villa, with private pool, plenty of space both outside and inside, as well as 1 private covered parking space and it only takes you 10 minutes to walk to the beach.

Electricity is not included in the price but will be settled according to the meter, therefore there is a cash deposit of €400 on arrival, with the electricity deducted on departure and the rest given back to you.
One of the guests must be over 25 and we do not allow parties or loud music.
