This modern, newly renovated villa is located in La Cala de Mijas. Here there are 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Private elevator. Fantastic views, large terrace, private salt water pool which can be heated as needed and walking distance to and from the town and beach of La Cala. Here you have plenty of space in fantastic surroundings.
The villa is on 2 levels with its own lift so it is easy for everyone to get around.

The top floor has a large living room with an open fully equipped kitchen. Exit to large terrace with fantastic view. There is a private salt water pool which can be heated as required. (For short stays please ask if it is possible to have the pool heated before booking).
There are 2 bedrooms on this floor, both with access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms both with shower and one also has a bathtub.
On the terrace there is a barbecue, plenty of deck chairs, a dining area for everyone and cozy places around the pool, so you can really sit and enjoy the fantastic view.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. On this floor you also have a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On this floor there is access to a further 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms.
So in total there are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in this villa.
The entire home is luxuriously furnished in Scandinavian style.
There is air conditioning cold and hot throughout the villa. Wifi and TV channels in almost all languages.
The villa has its own lift 1x1 meter so it is easy to get around.
Here you have peace and quiet, as the villa is the last residence on a cul-de-sac and yet you are close to everything, as it will only take 10 minutes to walk to La Cala town or to the beach.
Noise from construction may occur here.

A quiet neighborhood with permanent residents. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach and the town of La Cala. The nearest supermarket is Mercadona which is about 8 minutes' walk from the villa.
You can walk to the beach, town, supermarket, restaurants, bars etc. From La Cala there are buses to Fuengirola and Marbella.
We recommend a car and there are 3 parking spaces in front of the house as it is the last house on the road.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old, as loud music and parties are not allowed.
Electricity is not included in the price but is billed according to the meter, therefore there is a cash deposit of €400 on arrival, with the electricity kept on departure and the rest returned to you.
