Modern villa with private pool just 10 minutes walk from La Bomba beach in La Cala Torrenueva.
Here you can really have a nice holiday in quiet surroundings and with a beautiful view.
The home has been newly renovated in a modern Scandinavian style and is on 2 floors.
Here you have plenty of space and there are several terraces, a view and a lovely private large pool area with sunbeds.
Large fully equipped modern open kitchen with dining area, living room with corner sofa and TV. On this floor you also have a toilet. There is access to a lovely large terrace with lounge furniture, barbecue and a beautiful view out to the Mediterranean. From here there are stairs down to the private pool area.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The first bedroom has 2 single beds. Second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and in this room you also have 2 extra single beds. So there is room for 8 people in this home.
On this floor you also have a nice terrace with stairs leading down to the private pool area.
There is full air conditioning throughout the house, both hot and cold.
Free wifi and TV in almost all languages.
You can walk to almost everything, but we recommend a car as the property is slightly uphill.

You have access to the entire home, the private pool and the garden.

A quiet area with permanent residents in the surrounding villas. The closest beach is a 10-minute walk from the home and a 10-minute walk to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. La Cala town which is the nearest town has everything, restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc. It will take about 5 minutes to drive to La Cala.
You can easily walk to the beach, the nearest restaurants and the supermarket. However, we recommend a car, as the area is a bit hilly and there is free parking.
One of the guests must be over 25 years old as we do not allow loud music and parties as the villa is in a residential area.
Electricity is not included in the metered price, so please remember 300€ in cash upon arrival. On departure, the meter is read and the remainder refunded.
